CHI Zhoushan Shipyard will build a shuttle tanker with a displacement of 154,000 tons

At the beginning of 2023, the CHI Zhoushan shipyard received another order for the construction of a shuttle tanker with a displacement of 154,000 tons from a Norwegian shipowner. This is reported by the press service of Cosco Shipping.

The vessel has a length of 278.9 m, a width of 47 m, a depth of 24.9 m and a design draft of 16 m. It is also the seventh shuttle tanker built by the CHE Zhoushan shipyard for a Norwegian company.

The first five vessels of the series are already in operation and have received a positive assessment.

Norway
